Getting Started
❓ I’m a new client — how do I book an appointment?
If you’re new, please start by completing our New Client Intake Form. This helps us understand your needs and ensure we’re the right fit. Jaclyn will personally review your form and then contact you to arrange your first appointment.
❓ What’s the difference between the intake form and booking form?
The intake form is for new clients to provide background about themselves and what they’re seeking help with. After Jaclyn reviews this, she’ll get in touch to schedule your appointment.
The booking form is used to schedule sessions after intake approval or for returning clients.
Fees & Rebates
❓ How much does a session cost?
Our standard 50-minute sessions are $240. After the Medicare rebate of $141.85 (if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan), the out-of-pocket cost is $98.15.
Sessions after 5pm are $260.
❓ Can I claim sessions through Medicare?
Yes, if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, you’re eligible for rebates on up to 10 sessions per year. We’ll provide invoices for you to claim your rebates.
❓ Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund. Please check with your insurer to see what coverage applies to psychological services.

❓ What is Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)?
PCIT is an evidence-based therapy that helps parents manage their child’s behaviour while improving the parent-child relationship. We offer both standard PCIT and PCIT for toddlers, as well as internet-delivered PCIT (iPCIT) for your convenience.

❓ Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes. We provide secure online consultations, which many clients find convenient and equally effective.
❓ What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs 100% of the session fee.
❓ Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you discuss is confidential and protected by strict privacy laws. Exceptions apply only in rare situations, such as where there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.
