Why telehealth

Why choose telehealth therapy?

Telehealth makes it easier to start therapy when travel, time, anxiety, or life demands make in-person sessions difficult. For many people, it’s a practical and effective way to get support without added stress.

Attend sessions from home or a private space
No commuting, parking, or waiting rooms
Suitable if you’re outside Sydney or have limited availability
Consistent support even during busy or unpredictable weeks
Evidence-based therapy delivered the same way as in-person sessions
Flexible option for adults, adolescents, and parents

Telehealth isn’t right for everyone. Jaclyn will confirm suitability before booking and recommend alternatives if needed.

If telehealth isn’t the right fit, Jaclyn will let you know.

Parenting stress and family-related concerns
Postnatal anxiety, low mood, or adjustment to parenthood
Adolescent wellbeing, confidence, or school-related stress
Feeling stuck, unsure, or needing support to move forward

Telehealth is suitable for many concerns, but not all situations. Jaclyn will confirm whether telehealth is appropriate for you before booking.
